< Solution >

1) Project Explorer -> Servers -> (if server is started) Click to Stop it - Tomcat v6.0 Server at localhost.server

2) Double click - Tomcat v6.0 Server at localhost.server

3) Server Options -> Check "Publish module contexts to separate XML files"
